Exprimenta usares a porta 21... pelo que vi ali em cima, tas com a porta 80 (http)

Socket error = #10054 - normalmente isto está relacionado com problemas do lado do servidor...

Já tentou cantactar o suporte do SAPO?

fpware mais confirmei o username e a pass esta tudo ok, x_santos ja meti o nome da pag sem o www e ja fui a pag da sapo configurar esta tudo ok so q vai sempre no mesmo erro  :cry:  a algum outro programa q eu posso usar pr meter a pag on line

Estás a utilizar uma ligação da Sapo, Telepac ou Netcabo?
Antes só esses tinham acesso ao FTP, agora não sei como anda.
