É útil esse plugin ?
Ou existe algum forma de fazer isso automático sem plugin?

Eu por exemplo ponho manualmente, mas não vejo mal nenhum em usar o plugin, alias, é bom usar o plugin, as vezes as pessoas esquecem-se ou assim !

ALT attribute (example: %name %title) - %name %title

TITLE attribute (example: %name photo) - %title

Override default Wordpress image title - Não selecionei
