Hi! Sorry that I can't speak Portuguese... I have the same question, I want to transfer a couple of domains to a Portuguese registrar. I've found one that offers me a reasonable price, but do I really need a Portuguese NIF? I am an EU citizen, so I guess I should be able to transfer or register the domains without issues, but I need to be sure. Thanks in advance.
