Bom.. vou iniciar agora um projecto e gostava de saber se abrir 1 ftp e ter lá filmes e jogos seria ilegal em Portugal. Obrigado a quem me esclarecer.

Se violares a leis de copyrigth é ilegal em Portugal pois estas leis são mundiais.

De certeza que é ilegal. Nem é preciso falar muito. Pois não tens direitos nenhuns sobre esses produtos.
