Pessoal estou a fazer um site e parti de uma template CSS XHTML 1.0 Transitional. No entanto tenho algumas duvidas sobre o doc type que estou a usar uma vez que uso linguagem Portuguesa e porque o dreamweaver diz que a especificação final poderá ter não conformidades com alguns browsers:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd" ><html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xml:lang="en" lang="en" >

a minha questão é como deverá ser esta linha para usar em linguam com texto em Portugues.
