Para sites portugueses dá, agora para dominios .pt não faço ideia, porque nunca tentei.

Tenta pesquisar no google por Whois, para páginas em português.  :wink:

No dns.pt podes fazer o whois de pleo menos o .pt, não sei se dá mais, o site agora está inacessível.
