tenho um dominio que já teve um site, mas que agora esta direcionado para outro. e segundo o iwebtool vai ter um pr de 3, com a / no fim vai ter pr 5
ora eu acho isto muita fruta.

quão fiável é esta previsão?

penso que o google vai fazer um update dentro de dias, espero que o iwebtools esteja certo.

Se por ex fizer troca de links com um site que tenha page rank 7 que vantagens tenho para o meu site com page rank 3 ??

Um page rank elevado traduz-se, normalmente em mais visitas.

Uma troca de links, hoje em dia não serve de muito (foram extremamente penalizadas na última actualização do Google). Agora se conseguires um link direct com um bom texto ancora de um site pr7, só tens a ganhar com isso ;)
