http://themeforest.net/ tem lá alguns, mas nenhum igual igual aos sites que referis-te, se queres com o mesmo layout tens tú que editar.

O standvirtual usa o PHP Automarkt Script (ou começou come ele, porque desconfio que nesta altura pouco resta dele). No entanto ainda dá para ver as bases do layout e estrutura aqui:
