Hello folks.

First let me start to get your attention: I don't like company's that do things behind client's information or that omit information. This is what did happen with GoDaddy.com.
ATM I've almost 50 domains (excluding the privacy whois) hosted with GoDaddy.com.

In December I updated my Street Address on all my domains. Some weeks later I got into whois.sc to see how many domain names I own (exept the privacy ones). Then I realize that my whois information was incorrect: I got the old street address.

I digg it out and find that on all registers outside who.godaddy.com the information was not showing properly.

I call them and the first half hour on the phone was talking with someone that didn't get that the information OUTSIDE GoDaddy services. Finally I got it sorted out and they ask for 72 hours to get this resolved.
This past Sunday, 72 hours later, I call them and told them that my info was still not updated. The response? More 24 hours. One day later: more 24 hours.
Then I talk with them over Twitter and found they send my ticket to a senior manager. This has passed for two more days, so if my info is correct it will be... today.

Today I revive an e-mail from them, and this is a quote of a relevant portion of the text:

Since I was tired of getting e-mails from them and to reply to get myself with a response only 24 hours later, I call them for the third time. The guy that got my call did by mistake (because he didn't realize the situation) that my domains where uall updated in 16th, yesterday.

I didn't update the domains. Also I was NOT informed about any update to solve my situation. What I was informed about was that they didn't care, they didn't care to inform me of what they did.
This might sound stupid or something, but I as a 5+ year client would expect more respect and to get more informed about this. In a way, they did update all my domains without my authorization or my intervention.

However, the situation is resolved.

I did reply to them the fowling:

Stop and think if this is something you would like to get as a proud client (till just a few minutes ago).

Good day,
Rui

PS: sorry for the poor English, I didn't get this spell checked out.

Fuck them!
