cenourinha, podes usar uma coisa que está muito na moda que é a "tag clouds" Aquilo gera uma nuvem de tags que depois faz um search nessa tag, ou então defines as tags para esse artigo..

Opções gratuitas tão completas acho que não!

Mas por partes sim, existem boas extensões só para as tag cloud e outras para adicionar as tags!
