Sim, ele recebeu um e-mail da wordpress, que estava a usar o nome wordpress sem os direitos.

O que diz no site do Wordpress é que não aconselham ninguém a usar o nome "wordpress" no domínio principal, pois é uma recomendação da sua equipa de advogados de forma a que o nome "Wordpress" não seja confundido com um site não-oficial.

Aconselham também a usar as siglas "wp" para quem pretende fazer um site sobre o wordpress.
