CustoJusto is a company founded in 2008, responsible for the classifieds site custojusto.pt, and is owned by Schibsted, aninternational media group with approximately 6.900 employees in 29 countries. At CustoJusto, we work in a multinational environment, with great chances of developing an international career, either in Europe, Asia or South America. We are seeking a new Product Manager (M/F), as the current one is moving to the headquarters of Schibsted. 
 
Overall responsibilities:
• Work closely with users creating value through interviews, tests and experiments.
• Participate in all product decisions regarding the Website and apps
• Develop Epics and User Stories for all new functionality; ensure that new functionality meets the acceptance criteria so the work can be considered done. 
• Assist the development team with release planning, functional research, and testing of releases. 
• Participate in Team Planning meetings and provide any clarification or guidance during the execution of each Sprint.
• Quality control
• Bring business objectives & insights into product concepts with clear goals and user benefits.
• Collect and share product information and knowledge to operations
• Market and competition analysis
• Benchmarking, product vision, strategies and tactics
 
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in web design, UX or product management.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Familiar with Agile Scrum methodologies and Product Owner role 
• Strong time management skills and project management skills 
• Skilled at writing acceptance criteria
• Fluent in English
 
Preferred Skills:
•  A/B and multi-variant testing
•  Frontend development skill set (HTML/CSS, Javascript)
•  Ability to use wireframes to prototype new functionalities
•  Image editor knowledge (Photoshop/Illustrator/Sketch)
•  Positive attitude, team working, and innovation seeker.
