Abres a caixa se for uma placa que liga à motherboard tens uma gráfica se for uma saída directa da motherboard é onboard... Ou manda foto.

Chegaste a verificar se a placa está encaixada (se não for onboard)?

Se tiver naquele sitio ao pé de onde se liga rato etc é onboard, se tiver naquele sitio onde está escrito Expansion Slor' tens placa gráfica. Vê lá isso.
