You are really scrappy, the sort of person with their own website who will hack together the code to make things happen yourself if you need to do so

You will have your own website that you are hacking on and driving traffic to via seo/social media and has 10k’s or 100k’s of visitors a month. It is ok if you have just created projects like this at your existing company but this is the style of person we want

>1year experience at an internet company/agency in an execution role dealing with sites with millions or 10’s of millions of SEO visits a week

Ideally experience dealing with SEO in multiple languages and ideally experience working with Naver/Yahoo Japan/Yandex as well as Google

You will have a technical degree with a background in engineering. It would be awesome if you are a former engineer/product manager/datawarehouse engineer
*
Preferred degrees: BS or MS degree in economics, engineering, computer science, physics, math or other technical degree
*
You should be able to write SQL and will have at least some basic coding skills in python, php, perl or similar
*
Overall we need someone with a positive attitude, enjoys being part of a team, is strongly data led, extremely scrappy and very, very proactive
*
Facebook and especially internet marketing at Facebook is very results driven and resources are allocated to self starters. You need to be comfortable with that
