Criar dentro de um HTML, uma form, onde os inputs sejam transparentes?
Recorrendo a CSS...

acho que dá, ou melhor, dá!
Não sei é se como vou dizer é a forma mais correcta...

Dás uma class à caixa e depois no CSS defines o background como transparent
e para se ver convem colocar uma borda com cor.

Acho que assim dá... se não der alguem me há-de corrigir, mas podes ter a certeza que é possível fazer isso.
