Olá, pesquisei por Blogger Navbar ante e não encontrei, o que queria era saber se existe algum codigo ou outra forma simples de remover esta barra, já vi alguns de outros sites mas não me funcionou :(

penso que terás de pôr o código entre o <head> e o </head>, outra parte entre <body> e </body>.
não sei qual é o código completo por isso não te posso ajudar, de qualquer forma não tenho a certesa mas é uma questão de esperimentares e veres se realmente remove a tal barra
