Alguem sabe a melhor maneira de ser aceite no ebay partners network ?

Inscrevi-me mas não fui aceite... já li algures que havia outras formas de ser aceite.. utilizando outra plataforma qualquer ou algo do género..(ithink) Precisava mesmo.
