há varias formas!
sempre podes recorrer aos scripts como por exemplo:
php-nuke, joomla e até mesmo ao phpBB2 usando o mod ezportal

Quem hoje em dia não percebe inglês não vai muito longe..

Aqui tens um tutorial em Português, mas aconselho-te a aplicar-te no inglês..porque cada vez mais as coisas são internacionalizadas e alingua internacional continua a ser o inglês..   :roll:
