Tenho um site em PT quero ter um botao no site ao carregar ter tudo traduzido para ingles.
Alguem sabe de um plugin?

Se não pretenderes utilizar um plugin, utiliza o tradutor do google.

Em cima do site? Como assim?
Estás a referir-te a publicidade entre os artigos? Se sim, podes utilizar o Whydowork Adsense, no entanto so consegues colocar no máximo 3 publicidades em cada pagina. Outra alternativa é alterares o codigo do tema.
