Isso é do W3 total cache (quase de certeza), experimenta desactivar e ver se continua.

Já agora o ESET dispara e diz que é trojan logo foi ataque. Alguém sabe o que fazer?

Olha começa por desactivar todos os plugins instalados (e checka se há alguma alteração) e já agora mete isso em Manutenção! Só para quem aceder não ver isso!

O problema foi causado pelos famosos thumb.php. O mesmo já foi actualizado e já se encontra normalizado.
